Mury neighborhood, known for its delicious restaurants, is 7.4 kilometers away (10 minutes by car). The center of Freiburg is 3 kilometers away (5 minutes by car).

This is a Pet Friendly house, so your pet is very welcome, we just ask that you pay attention to the house rules so that your stay and your pet go as smoothly as possible.

The house is super comfortable, spacious and airy. It has 9 bedrooms, living room with fireplace, dining room with a large table, sofas, armchairs, garden, games table, 2 grills, kitchen utensils, fully equipped kitchen, large table with 2 benches, bathroom, and all this with a wonderful view. On the outside of the house, there is a swimming pool and barbecue on one side and a balcony with a garden, with a beautiful view on the other side. Parking space with coverage for 3 cars and space for 4 more cars without coverage.

Regarding interaction with guests, the house already has an assistant who can clean the rooms daily and clean the bathrooms. This person will also assist in the delivery of the keys and in the inspection of the house and services such as breakfast, lunch and others can be hired directly on site.

HOUSE RULES

1) The property is located at a residential address. It is not allowed to make noise that could disturb the neighbors. (Law of Silence -22:00 Hs)

2) Do not throw toilet paper/pad/etc. on the toilet

3) The lessee undertakes to send a list with full name and identity document of all people who will stay in the apartment during the contracted period, not exceeding the number of people stipulated in the reservation. Persons not on the list provided are not allowed to enter the building.

4) Separate organic from recyclable waste, dispensing them in different garbage bags

5) It is not allowed to circulate people with inappropriate attire in common areas. Use the service entrance (and elevator) when in swimwear or luggage, and always wash your feet to remove sand

6) Always turn off the lights and switch off electrical equipment before leaving the house (air conditioning, fans, washing machine, television...). If this item is not met, the owner may deduct R$100.00 per day from the security deposit.

7) Our check-in is from 2:00 pm and our check-out is before 11:00 am. We cordially offer flexibility in these hours in case there is no entry or departure of other guests. If you want to guarantee your early-checkin or late-checkout, you can pay 50% of a daily rate so that the property is reserved for your use;

8) It's okay to cook, but please keep everything in order.

9) We do not provide oil, salt and seasonings, as we understand that these are food items for individual use.

10) It is not allowed to leave your bags at the concierge.

11) All guests must send their ID at least 24 hours before arrival to avoid delays
